Candlelight Sound Bath

Are you ready to unwind and relax? A candlelight sound bath may be just want you've been waiting for.

A sound bath is a full-body meditative experience that often involves singing bowls that create an echoing sound that bathes you in sound waves. These waves are created by other sources as well, such as gongs, chimes, rattles, tuning forks and percussion.

You will lie on your back for the duration of the soundbath. For your comfort, you will be provided with a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow. You may bring your own (or extra) blanket or pillow if you like.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. Sound bath starts promptly at 7 PM.
